Registration

On-site registration open during the conference

The registration fee will include sessions, a congress bag with proceedings in electronic format, the IMIA yearbook (for regular participants), lunch, coffee/tea during breaks, a welcome reception, transport to Akershus University Hospital for the opening day and all activities at the hospital. 

A printed version of the proceedings can be bought on-site at the IOS stand.

The fees are in Norwegian kroners (NOK).

The EFMI rates are for members of one of the national or employees of one of the industrial EFMI member organisations only, such as FDH in Norway. The list of EFMI member organisations can be found at the EFMI web site. You must state which organisation you belong to at the time of registration.

The student rates are for registered bachelor, master and PhD students under the age of 35 only. Valid student ID must be presented at registration.

The accompanying person rate is only for persons registering together with a full conference participant. The rate include full participation at the AHUS hospital visit, the official opening, the get-together and an option to buy conference dinner tickets at reduced rates. It also gives access to the commercial exhibition.
